Airconditioning was excellent, the laundry machines were outdated, and, in my opinion, the instruction to use them should be more precise.

Our stay at Clevelend Residences was very pleasant. Our studio apartment was clean, well-kept with all necessary amenities in a nice building 2 min away from Russell underground station and 2 min from food stores, cafes, and a movie theater, not to mention an 8 min walk to the British Museum. We are definitrly coming back! Jane

Very clean room and very space efficient. Check in process was super clear and efficient. Location is perfect for Great Ormond Street. Excellent variety of restaurants and independent coffee shops nearby

The AC in a heat wave was a blessing! The 4pm check in was a bit late Location was great for the British museum and West end shows.

Terrific location in Bloomsbury. Quiet, safe and clean. To note: the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so if you have a lot of luggage, request a room on a lower floor. Otherwise this is a very good spot and staff were very responsive.
