I highly recommend this place. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Sorrento; the manger is extremely nice and super helpful, and breakfast was a nice add-on!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Positives: great location, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. Negatives: our room - the orange room #1, had no WiFi. You had to walk down the hall to connect but when we got to the room, it was weak or nonexistent. The people living above were very noisy and if we didn’t have sound app on our phone, we would not have been able to sleep. My sister found the beds very hard. On the day before our arrival and on the day we arrived, I messaged them 4 times with no response. Very frustrating

We received a warm welcome from the host and were offered breakfast during our stay. There is paid off site parking where someone will drive you to and from the room to get to your car. The location was convenient as well. Room was pretty clean and we had basic amenities. Although there were no tissues or napkins or any extra toiletries in case you forgot something or ran out. The only issue was the room got really cold during our last night and the heater wouldn’t turn on. Overall good stay!
