Cradle Mountain Hotel was excellent. All of the staff - reception, food/bar, dining, cleaners, housekeeping was amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. They would always greet us warmly every time we passed by them. Our room was spotless, warm and very comfortable. Thank you for the $10 voucher off our drinks each day) we had chosen to go green and no have our bedding and towels replaced). The breakfast was fantastic- fresh produce and a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again next year. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful relaxing hotel. Absolutely gorgeous. The nearby walking track around the hotel was perfect for a stroll after the drive. The mountain views were amazing. I was not happy at dinner. Booked months in advance and given a table pushed against the corner wall so we could not face each other and I was facing a wall. That table should only be used for people who come last minute and you want to squeeze them in. Food was good but not great. Overall hotel is excellent.

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. First it is so close to the cradle mountain visitor center, just 2 mins drive. Second the restaurant offer good breakfast and delicious dinner which exceeds my expectations, especially the hotel is inside the nation park area. Last but not least, the helpful and friendly staff. I would say every penny I spent in this hotel is worth it.
