It’s runs down, the bathtub was plugged, the tiny ac unit to keep your room fresh was broken, beds were dirty found hairs and stains in the sofa bed and bedroom bed sheets, house keeping was very rude but the house keeper manager Jennifer was beyond nice and help out with our situation. There was poop on the side of the pool entrance and the lifeguard did not even bother to clean it up or do something about he was just sitting there on his phone. So overall bad experience

The chalet we stayed in was amazing—perfect location, a nice brisk walk from Bass Lake, and their pool. We are definitely making a trip up to Bass Lake and the Pines Resort a yearly trip.
