A lovely stay at this hotel facing the duomo (baptistery side). The room was spacious and can open windows if you want to be part of the action at the square, or close them and they are pretty noise cancelling (of course not fully). There were many musicians playing music in the evening and it was a pleasure to listen to from the room without having to leave! Please note the room is quite basic, it would be nice to spruce it up to feel a bit more cosy/italian (prints, rug, decor, etc). The breakfast was just ok. Overall though I would recommend for a great view!

Didn’t get the perks, upgrade, wine. The location is very good. Good for short stay. No slippers and no dental kit

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු The property has only one good feature, the view of the Duomo. Other than that, there is minimal effort put into making it look nice. Dark, brown, and yellow colors; no decorations on the walls; old bathrooms with a wobbly faucet and shower. Somewhat noisy too. The worst part was that despite providing all the required documents, such as scans of passports and credit card numbers, on the day of arrival, 4 hours prior to my expected arrival, I still did not receive instructions regarding after-hours check-in.
Once we arrived at the property, we were directed to the wrong room number via email instructions. Fortunately, we avoided breaking the key, had to call the answering service, record our message, and wait for a callback. A very annoying and scary situation that, fortunately, was resolved but could have been avoided. It just shows a level of "don't care" attitude.

We stayed in a three bedroom/two bath…Giotto. Everything was wonderful especially the staff. Ramona, Marcello, and the gentleman that helped with the breakfast service were great! Thank you for hosting us during our short but wonderful stay in Florence! The view out the window was AMAZING! WOW! Until next time!

Check in was easy. Room was very clean and had terrific view of the Duomo and Battistero. The continental breakfast was replenished as needed and there were several options including breads, cheese, juices, coffee /tea as well as eggs. We will be staying here again on our nxt visit to Florence.

Great rooms and staff in a perfect location. The breakfast had eggs and pancakes if you want (rare in Italy).
The bathrooms were large and facilities were world class. The staff, especially Marcello, is a joy to interact with
