Luxent Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Some Pets are allowed on the property however please take note of the following:

- The hotel accepts service animals and well-behaved domestic pets such as dogs and cats.

- Maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed with a corresponding fee of Php 1,500.00 for each pet, inclusive of pet bowl and pet towel. Upon check in, guests are required to give Php 1,500 pet fee per night, Php 2,000 incidental deposit per room, per night, and Php 3,000.00 one time security deposit per room. The security and incidental deposit will be returned to the registered guest after receipt of clearance that no last minute charges or damages were found and no other extra cleaning efforts were required.

- Pet should not weigh more than 10kg and be taller than 2ft.

- Guests with pets may only stay in Deluxe rooms that are designated as pet rooms.

- Pets must be registered at check-in. Guests who do not register their pets or bring non approved pets in the guest room will be charged of pet and cleaning fee amounting to Php 5,000.

- An updated vaccination record must be presented upon check-in.

- Pets must be wearing a diaper while in public areas and should not be left unattended at any time throughout the stay in the hotel.

- Pets should not be left alone in the guest room or in their vehicles. In case of unavoidable circumstances that requires pet to remain inside the room while owner is out, pet must be secured in a crate.

- Pets must be on a leash, securely carried, in a crate or in a stroller when outside of the room and while in public areas within the hotel. They should be under control at all times.

- Pets are not allowed inside the following: Garden Café, Vertigo Pool Deck Bar, Lush Bar, and Prima Lounge. Owners may dine with their pets in the privacy of their own room only.

- Housekeeping and room service will only be provided if pets are in crate or removed from the guest room during the service.

 - Pet owners and pets can only use Main Wing elevator and must be assisted by the Bellman.

- In case of noise complaints from other hotel guests, pet owner will be given an opportunity to respond to the complaint. In the event guest is unable to keep pet under control, pet owner may be asked to remove pet in the hotel and could be financially responsible for any costs associated with appeasing the guest complaints.

- The hotel reserves the right to decline pets that manifest aggressiveness in behavior which may cause harm or fear to other guests and pets

For guests bringing pets, kindly coordinate with the hotel beforehand.

A valid ID is required to be presented upon check in

An incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 net per room, per night will be 

collected upon check in and refundable upon check out.
