A very nice family room for a family with two children. Excellent value for money. The breakfast is great, the hotel's location is fantastic, parking is a bit expensive but right below the hotel. We give it 5 stars. Thank you.

I always stay at the Novotel hotels as I find their service excellent and their facilities excellent. The Novotel Suites was convenient and accessible to the beach and shopping centre and tourist attractions. The area was safe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the corridors are really dark which I found strange. Other than this I was pleased staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and hotel clean.

Well located. Family suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The bath in the bathroom was not clean… long curly hair and dirt marks on the bath. The air conditionning was set to the maximum and it was still hot in the room.
