Be aware of early check in charges. We arrived early and one of three rooms we booked was available but at a cost of £10 per hour (£50), we declined!! Most of the hot breafast items weren’t edible and when an almost full plate was collected our comment that it wasn’t good was ignored!!

Hotel of good standard but improvments needed with breakfast....tables not cleared..no cups...bread for toast...but not staffs fault...it just lacked leadership which comes down to staff training...only one lift working the whole of our stay...our room was very dark...window SHADED OUT AS SCAFFODING OUTSIDE...WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO BE STUCK IN A ROOM IN ALL THIS AMAZING WEATHER ANYWAY WOULD BE A FAIR COMMENT BUT WE SPENT OUR EVENINGS BACK AT HOTEL...just a bit depressing but worst things happen at sea...fridge not working either but fixed as soon as reported...

The room was clean, spacious the air conditioning was a blessing on the hot days. Highly recommend the breakfast delicious offerings. Staff were very pleasant and friendly

Check in was fine, however the car park was a 5 minute walk from reception. Only one lift was working in the hotel. The TV in my room did not have standard channels, a member of staff (I think) came and looked at it and couldn’t fix it. I was told it would be fixed the following day. The next day when returning the TV had not been fixed. After waiting 3 hours they eventually moved me to another room
