Muy bonito hotel, buena ubicación en una zona residencial, que aunque no es céntrica es fácilmente accesible, personal muy amable. Solo tuve un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba, por eso bajo una estrella

. Terrible experience. The room was dirty, cramped, and extremely uncomfortable. It was located right next to the staff laundry area, making it noisy and completely unsuitable for guests. It felt like one of those cheap solutions used to maximise occupancy and profit rather than provide a quality guest experience. A professional General Manager should never allocate a room like this. The room was so small, with an uncomfortable bathroom, that it would be better suited as a storage room than a guest room. There is simply no excuse for such a poor experience. It should not matter whether a guest is staying for one night or a week, whether they are well dressed or arrive after a long journey. Every customer deserves to feel valued, respected, and proud of choosing your hotel. What made this even more disappointing was the overall lack of hospitality standards. From reception to housekeeping and food & beverage, the level of service was well below average. I have worked in hospitality for over 22 years, currently oversee 20 venues in Australia, and have been both a business owner and operator. I rarely write negative reviews because I understand the challenges of this industry. However, I genuinely do not want another traveller—whether travelling alone or with family—to go through such an embarrassing and disappointing experience.

For me it’s the perfect location. However it’s a wee bit far out of the centre of city. Ideal for the stadio olimpico I keep returning to this hotel. The breakfast is awesome. Parking is difficult to book early

I have stayed here numerous times over a 10 year period. The fact that I keep going back is testament to it. It can get busy at times…. Probably due to its location and proximity to the Stadio olímpico Breakfast is well worth it. The selection should be eneough to satisfy everybody Parking can be very difficult!!!. Especially during work hours

Staff was very helpful. Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant on property, providing very nice breakfast options. Close to shops, and restaurants.

The front desk customer service agents were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room were very clean and no smoking smell. Things that I needed for my room were fulfilled immediately after I requested. It was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be closer to the Vatican. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good hotel but at peak times can be very pricey due to demand. Seems to be a popular group tourist hotel with bus loads arriving at times. I’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times so it must be good

Clean room

I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times. That alone should be proof of its appeal. Great breakfast, rooms comfortable and helpful staff

The staffs are Italian and very little compassion to your concerns. They don’t care about you. All they care about hotel policies and no flexibility. So if you have a problem don’t rely on the staffs, typical Italian culture and attitude.
