We were fewer than 20 guests in the whole island (full capacity would be ~50): amazing! Management was very flexible and nice (they treated us with a boat tour around the island on Christmas day, free for everybody). There was some lack of coordination around activities, so it was never clear what was going on, or what were the options of the day (aside from the obvious scuba diving). This was the first high season of the resort, so I'd expect this issue to go away with time. Watch out for sand flies, if in doubt ask the staff to spray inside your bungalow and in its surrounding.

The property provides roundtrip shared speed boat transfers, approximately 2.5-3 hours in duration. The boat departs from Kawthaung pier at 2:30 PM each day, and from Pila Island at 8:30 AM. Private roundtrip speedboats are available for a surcharge. Transfers to/from Kawthaung Airport or Ranong Airport can be arranged by the property. To arrange boat and airport transfers, please contact the property 72 hours in advance of arrival.
