The entrance was tucked away next to the hotel and we made it in the second time around and parked at the alley entry and then used the hotel parking which was super convenient. Staff changed our room so I would not need to haul bags up steps. The room was great but smaller than we had planned. It was a short walk to the old city so location was fabulous. The hospital museum was a must see highlight.

Booked room for handicapped. Minimal feature of 1 rail under shower control totally inadequate for bathroom accessability. Sadly wall surfaces not smooth enough for us to add our portable sucker hand grips either.

The hotel is tired and our room was a little musty. We opened up the windows, everything worked fine. Great atip pver, staff were exceptional.

Whilst Beaune is fabulous this hotel is really more of a stop over for us. The car parking is good but should be reserved beforehand. Bedrooms and bathrooms okay but a bit tight. The biggest issue was the indifference of the reception staff. Unlike any of the friendly staff that we experienced elsewhere on our trip.
