The overall is good but the breakfast was not comparable to 3 star hotel quality. My room glass wall has small leaking during rains but the staff just put a towel to cover the wet for the rest of my stay ..wonder they should change my room or have some technician to inspect for the safety because it was high floor and big glasses wall !!!

This hotel was very well located with a Starbucks and restaurants and a shopping mall that was walking distance. The room was very comfortable, spacious, the bed was very nice! The bathrooms were also very spacious and very clean! The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from! I strongly recommend this hotel!

This place is extremely clean, staff are also extremely friendly and Helpful! Definitely a place I’ll be going back to iif I stay in Shenzhen, also the floral scents of the hotel is awesome!

The staff were amazing. Thoughtful, helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and help us see everything we wanted too around Futian. The operations manager, Langham Club and reception staff were particularly good and from the moment we arrived made us feel welcome.
