Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The hotel had too many guests and not enough space. I had to queue for 30 minutes just to get into breakfast, then queue again to get food. It was a public holiday, so I expected it to be busy, but it should have been managed much better by the hotel. No USB charging points in the room and no international adapter plug, which is usually available. Disappointed, as I have had very good experiences in other Comfort Hotels around Japan.

Can not complain about the price! It near the Kannai train station and about 15minute walk to Osambashi International Terminal for us to catch the Princess Cruise ship. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean, spacious for the 2 of us, and feels safe. Would come back again

Nice location and good staff.

The cleanlieness was not the best we booked a double room got a single bed, too tired to care as we were only staying 1 night, the room had dirty towels with makeup on 2 of them, urine stains and some small mold spot on the shower and floor and the gross part was seeing a left over used foot gel pad on the window shelf. The bed wasnt the best if looking for comfort the pillows were thin and rock hard and its only 1 per a person. The other issues with the room, was the heater it was on max for the building and we could not lower it to be cooler. As it made it uncomfortable as we like the room cooler than hot, even with the window open it made it difficult to cool the room as the blinds position made it so either we expose the whole room to the next building over or sleep with the window open and limited fresh air because the blinds wouldnt open up allowing the airflow properly. I ended up getting sick from the food at breakfast, overall this place would be a no go next time.

Good stay. Good helpful staff. Need more English speaking members to facilitate conversation. Good for business stay.
