We ended up NOT staying in this place. It was non refundable so we lost our payment. Multiple times we tried to contact the place to assist with airport transfer arrangements as we arrived midnight at HK, no response. We asked if it’s ok to check in 2 nights later and keep our booking opened, no response. No assurance from the place.

Basically it is clean although the building is very busy with all nations. It is safe to stay and with budget travellers. Recommended.

A pleasant stay, though not at the hotel booked (i.e. Cebu Hotel) but instead at one of the company's sister hotels just a few minutes away. Not a problem and the place is better than expected.
