Water condition is weak . fronting my window is the kitchen exhaust outlet and is very noisy. If you charge your laptop on their coffee shop there is charging fee, better take note of this, even if you dine in and a guest.

Very nice hotel, close to Port and bus terminal and SM Mall. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Great for the money. The area was very dark at night so we didn't venture outside after dark.

නියමයි Rooms are comfortable but the facilities are showing their age. Some minor issues we noticed were holes in the bath towels, the wall AC made a constant and annoying chirping noise, shower lacked enough warm water to shower, the floors in our room were very dusty, etc...
