As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other.

Staff were great. The pools were great. Room had a bad smell for two days - like drains. Cleaning was very basic. I don't think the floor (tiles) was mopped during my stay - 5 days

Pools were lovely, downfuls you gotta walk flight of stairs as no lift, spa in room didn’t work for the first 3 nights. The biggest thing that needs to fixed is the shower floor it floooods the whole bathroom and an exhaust fan in the toiletbathroom cause it turns tge bathroom into a sauna,, it not please

Loved our honeymoon. Wonderful location, staff, pools, pool at, the room was perfect. Five stars. The negatives: The TV casting for Netflix etc was shockingly terrible and unreliable. Cannot recommend the coffee as it's so bad (barista made).
