Very close to Haram, spacious room, neat and clean, good staff, excellent breakfast, very good house keeping staff. I would like to stay again in this hotel, if God willing.

Only one cleaning staff who use to reach after 1 hour if we call housekeeping, lots of noise and access of outsider, wifi was very poor, AC was not having proper cooling and various other issues

Breakfast is not the best, not large enough and the taste wasn’t good.Great location, lots of shopping , beds are old and hard, the room was small with no view or even light we were basically in a hole

The room was reasonable. Staff are very courteous and helpful. However internet was very poor. For businessmen or someone who needs internet think properly as it might be very frustrating. .

Staff is ok.Room is old but spacious. Heck out was at 12:00pm not at 12:30 pm as mentioned in my reservation.

Clean room with tea coffee facility. Bathroom with soaps toothbrush slippers, towels etc. Plenty of working lifts to avoid delays. Respond to queries very quickly. Great shopping centre and good court. Breakfast quality is a bit of a let down.
