The front desk representative was so polite. I had an issue with the tv in my room and he was quick to come up and fix the problem. So kind and professional! The beds were comfy, the room was big and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I 100% would stay here again.

I can't say that my stay was worth the price I paid for the night, but with the price of a night anywhere, comparatively it was reasonable. Lots of things to see and do nearby, good quality restaurants also nearby, this is not a bad location at all. The staff were all quite pleasant and helpful. The room itself was clean and quiet. I couldn't get my balcony door open wide enough to sit out in the morning with my coffee. This was the reason for booking that specific room. Older towels stocked the bathroom. The one I chose to use was ripped and thin.

Horrible breakfast options. Terrible coffee. Rough, and small bath towels. Tub hand holder loose to wall. No tub mat made a shower slippery. Sandpaper for toilet paper. No toilet brush. No drawers to put clothes in. Terrible antiquated tv and cable box. Only one chair, which was rectified. Poor room lighting. Patio door latch broken/lose. Fridge door pushed against the carpet trying to open it. Electronic keys malfunctioned for suite and laundry room. Parking was very dark! So unsafe! $250 a night? Yuck.

Nice hotel, staff lovely, very helpful. Breakfast very limited. It was complementary so that's to be expected. Overall a nice hotel.

TV remote was not working properly, the bathroom door lock was installed backwards in room 504, basically the lock was useless.

Great room. Booked mainly for the jet tub. But didnt realize it was in the middle of down town till i got there. Enjoyed my stay.
