高額な割にはホテルのサービスは最低レベルです。朝7時に朝食ビュッフェの席予約をしても1時間待ちで、やっとレストランに入れたら、食べ物も皿もスプーンもなくて、スタッフにもってきてくれるように頼んだら、レストランでは考えられないくらい大きな音を立てて食事や食器を補充していました。 スーツケースなのに部屋に行くには十数段の階段を上らなくてはならないのに荷物を運ぶ手伝いができるほどスタッフの数は足りていませんでした。 数年前に宿泊した時に満足したから今回も利用したのに、利益優先でスタッフの数が不足してサービスがおろそかになってしまった残念なホテルでした。 二度と行かないと思います。

The room My room is on 2nd floor, when looking out from my balcony, there are trees blocking the ocean view.

Definitely do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the harbor wing, the room is although spacious; it is super old. The decor, furniture etc are all very dated. The most terrible thing was that the refrigerator kept making very loud noise It was impossible to sleep at night The reception staff hardly speak any English it was impossible to communicate We emailed them to ask for some sort of compensation plan in another hotel within the same resort they just said there’s nth they could do Definitely does not worth the price It says ocean view room but the room we stayed at 90% of the view is block by trees Also at the balcony there was a very poorly designed trench and there is always dirty water trapped there
