Location close to the train station is the best thing about the Hyatt. It is so conveniently located for the things we wanted to do in and around Milan. The hotel is sufficient for an urban setting. The breakfast option is nice too. Heard that the location by the train station might be sketchy but we felt very safe and the Duomo was a short subway ride away.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Suggested great restaurants for dinner and helped us buy our train tickets to Florence. Very disappointed that there wasn’t a food option when we arrived at 2 PM. Otherwise, this stay was great.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt properties in many places in Europe and Asia and never had any issues with theft. This property was a disappointment in how they handled the situation. A new bottle of Jo Malone perfume was stolen; I provided proof of purchase for this and the staff basically did nothing. No compensation, barely a “sorry “ and upon check out, di nothing to compensate me for the theft. Very disappointing indeed 😞
