I enjoyed my stay, the room had everything I needed. Friendly staff especially the young lady who looked after my room.
The hotel is in a great location on Soi Buakhao, I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Pattaya.

නියමයි This was my second stay in 2 years, 1st stay was for 2 weeks and this one was for 4 weeks, I did not like my first room and requested a change and got in in 24 hours at a cost, the 2 rooms were completely different and the paid for updrade was 100% worth it, I didn't realise the Sutus Court 1 to 5 reflected the quality of each room, overall very happy with the whole experience both within the hotel and the attached restaurant 100% to all who looked after me. Thank You

I appreciate its a budget motel but stay away from the top level of sutus4 the inter noise of a early morning was a bit annoying we had a motel next door with smoking areas and rude guests would be shouting at all hours of the early morning them at 6am sharp the staff who live upstairs would get on the move and the echo of them dropping stuff on the concrete floor was unbelievable like they were having a game of bowls
