The food an amenities were wonderful. The atmosphere of the hotel is quite nice, and they have very uniqhe sourvebirs you can purchase. It would be perfect for a quite retreat.

Fun to stay here and experience a traditional Onsen/Japanese style room. Very quiet area. Appreciated the shuttle to train station.

The staff was so nice. Nana went out of her way to help us plan our exploration of the area and her help made our visit of the area so much better. Many thanks to her and to the test of the staff working there.

Very nice very good, we enjoyed so much. Only problem is the hotel is up the hill, you better drive to there, but they do have pick up service.

A little remote, but we knew that in advance. The hotel provides a shuttle to/from the train station twice a day. Otherwise it is a quite steep climb up a hill. Would definitely recommend it for a night or two to relax and take baths. There is not much to do in the local area. Staff is very friendly and the food was amazing.

BEST accommodations when on a budget. We stayed in the dorms which were clean and ac worked great! Onsen was perfect!

this Hotel is a little bit out of the way but a free shuttle bus to the station does make up for that somewhat. The public bath is well maintained and enjoyable

This Ryokan was a true disappointment. Firstly, it is very difficult to get to from the train station and the hostel only provides a shuttle after 4. The staff was not very helpful, even giving us the wrong directions to the closest convenience store. The room w as dusty and the futons were old. The onsen was ok, nothing special. This room was definitely not worth the high price we paid. I would not recommend this place to anyone and wiah we stayed elsewhere.
