Sehr gute Lage direkt im Zentrum. Das Apartment war komplett ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Das Gebäude ist allerdings sehr hellhörig.
Wir würden dort wieder übernachten und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Two 50+ year olds and a college student. Great location in the heart of town. Easy to get in and out of town to attractions. Great space in 1 bedroom. Cute room with great kitchen amenities. Does have a tight stairwell and no elevator so takes some lugging of luggage but not a problem for us. Bed for third person is a sofa (not a sofa bed). No issue for my kid. Will definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I booked this place last minute. Price and location were both good. We were a little concerned when we saw multiple negative reviews. However, our stay was wonderful! The room was clean, some noise from other rooms were noted but nothing after around 2100. We had a direct view into the city center which was great for people watching. Would recommend this place for anyone looking in the area.

A small room with tiny bathroom but really clean and perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The guesthouse was very clean.

- Did not get any info on check in upon arrival and had to wait outside, and no luck reaching the place by phone.
- my room was tiny and only one side to go on the bed (the other side is blocked by the wall) and there is no table, nor night table.
- not very well maintained. I think daily cleaning staff is doing a good job but overall maintenance is missing. Some stains on the window blinds, the nespresso machine water tank was full of grime when i tried to wash it... so don´t think of getting coffee there. Just dirty nespresso machine and no kettle to make tea.
- NO SOUND INSULATION whatsoever. two rooms next to me was having a party past midnight and i could not sleep because i could hear all the laughter.
- was cheaper than other place but yeah i would pay more to stay at a place with a reception and better cleaning.
