SureStay Hotel by Best Western Guam Airport South

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

It was a nice hotel just to sleep in. The breakfast wasn’t that great and our room had some cockroaches. But other than that it was a good hotel for the price

It’s a dump. Smells like mold and mildew. My no smoking room smelled of cigarettes. 3 of us had different rooms, furniture in all of them had water damage. Unfortunately there were not a whole lot of choices in Guam after typhoon Bavi and I knew it was not going to be good being a Best Western. But this one was probably one of the worst.

Parking situation, is really bad. Front desk was helpful

The photos on Expedia were very misleading and did not match the actual room we received. The hotel was dirty, outdated, and not well maintained. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay, which made the experience even more disappointing. The only reason I’m giving it a 3/10 instead of a 0/10 is because we stayed immediately after Typhoon Bavi. The hotel had electricity and working air conditioning while many places were still recovering, and I appreciate that. However, the poor cleanliness, misleading photos, and lack of hot water made it difficult to enjoy the stay. I hope the hotel updates its listing photos to accurately represent the rooms and improves its maintenance and cleanliness so future guests know what to expect.

Upon arrival staff and Front Desk was welcoming and made it very easy to check in. Elevator was down but they accommodated and helped us bring our stuff up to the room. Although it was during a storm and amenities were off limits, it was still a great stay. I’d book a stay here again because of the great customer service they had. Rooms had a good amount of space and many storage space, bed was comfy, and backup generator kicked it quickly when the island power died, that was a plus!!!!

Ants and bedbug-looking bugs. Asked staff multiple times to treat the room, but the bugs were still there. Asked manager to contact me, but no follow-up. I will not stay here again and I recommend other travelers to steer clear.

Shuttle service was convenient. The cleaners need to clean the shower curtains. I found a weird blob and it was gross

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful when requesting additional items for our room. We stayed in two different rooms that had notable differences; one of them had a dining table and a working live TV, while the other room did not have those things. The major downside from the experience was that when we were returning to Guam, there was no one picking up at the front desk when we called for a shuttle service, so we had to call an Uber, come to see that the shuttle was parked in the front driveway. Kudos to the drivers who work there as well; they were super friendly and happy to have driven us to the places we needed to go, and made great conversation in the car rides.

Dirty room: I saw at least 3 cockroaches in my room and ants crawled around my food when I left it one day. The bathroom’s condition was even worse; the sink was constantly clogged. The tub also had mold around it and was stained. And the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, especially if you did #2 in it. This stay was a far cry from my last one last August. I probably wouldn’t stay here again in the future if the upkeep continues to be this bad.

Great place to stay for layovers. Close to the airport and reasonable priced.
