Wow! What a fantastic holiday park. On arrival the staff were friendly & helpful. The camp cat was the first to greet us at the steeps what a cutie 😍 The grounds were amazing, Loads of things to keep the kiddies entertained. The common areas were modern, clean and spacious. Thermal pools were hot and very inviting, it's just real shame we never had time to utilise them. Our cabin exceeded all expections. Clean tidy and modern. Will we be back absolutely!! Will we back absolutely

Check in not welcoming just ok, room quite big, comfy bed and good shower with a small kitchen if needed for basics. In all fairness it was how it was described, mostly for camper vans and caravan’s which isn’t normally a place we would be drawn too as too much like a camp but this was good value in the area. We enjoyed the hot pools and location was good, a short walk into Rotorua.

The property was well maintained at a camp site. The room was clean but a bit dated. The staff's communication style was very to the point/boderline dry.

Unit 1, shower needs replacing as it leaks out the the bottom and the the floor is squishy around it. The shower head also needs replacing, it is leaking around the outside of the head and not through the holes. Otherwise the unit was nice and comfortable with great beds. The staff member was ride when i asked for sugar for the room on day 3 of 4. 4 little sugar packets is not a big ask

Convenient, walk about 10 minutes to city centre. Room is wide, but without air conditioners, If you feel too warm, you can swim in the pool. This hotel is good to simple stay.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds, but unfortunately cleanliness wasn't great. There was a smell in the room, perhaps from the carpet or the curtains or the covers, or all three. The air conditioner looked dirty and smelled like the filter had never been cleaned when we turned it on. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming, however no one was answering the phone to help us when reception was unattended and the parking gate wasn't opening the day after.

Good room for a 2 day stay. Room has a kitchen, and although we did not use it to cook, at least it's there. Not far from steam attractions.
