Location of hotel was much further from town than expected. TV had blurry reception. Pool was small and looked unhygienic. The water was stagnant. Customer service however was prompt and friendly.

hotel is nice and comfortable for family. but not expect too much about big swimming pool . breakfast buffet ok but in taste wise i will rate as average taste

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Am sure its enough to say how comfortable i am here. My dotter love the pool hotel for the pool. I love the hotel for the spa. My dotter and I is very particular about cleanliness hence, again, it is obvious how clean the hotel is. The food, omg i love them. The range and choice for a small hotel, is alot. I recommend people to stay here.

Fast check-in & out, fast reaction to customer requirement, and breakfast was nice as what we paid for. cons: 1) suspect previous customer smoking in room as room was with heavy smoky smell. 2) extra bed provided was simple floor mattress, it will be better in rollaway type, at least there's rack/shelf.

Port Dickson is small town. Giant is beside the hotel other than that need to take Grab to other location. Not so recommended for holidays maker.
