My son got itchy after being in the room. I see dogs are allowed so I believe there were fleas. Even one is upsetting. The young ladies that cleaned our room were excellent!

It was nice to have a free breakfast and free parking. Room was clean. Definitely an older property showing it's age. Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Pool was a big draw to picking this property, but was not inviting enough to draw even my 10 year old into.

A friendly staff, clean as it could be, old and mismatched furniture, very noisy (street cars, people walking by, walking from above). A basic experience, but that was what I paid for.

Pretty good value for the price. The room was clean and was serviced daily. We had events in Cypress, Seal Beach and Long Beach; this location was convenient to all of them. Like most older buildings, there was a fair amount of road/traffic noise.

We stay there all the time. My father. Lives close and it’s convenient. This was the first time they did not meet our needs. We were there a week. They never refreshed the towels or toilet paper nor did they come item make. Beds.
