Awesome stay (again) would be five stars if there wasn’t makeup on the facecloth on the bath but we always enjoy our stay here.

Without cell phone service (only data), check in was very challenging. We knocked until the manager came to the door. Room was large and kitchen has most of what was needed. Shower configuration was undesirable. The shower curtain did not go to the floor and made the bathroom floor all wet. Room a bit noisy because it’s on the corner of two very busy streets. Parking was included and easy.

Well appointed clean room in an area close to places to eat and things to do. Two comfortable lounge chairs in the room and a table for two. Large bathroom.
No charger points by the bed which are always handy.
Our room was next to the road so it was a bit noisy for parts of the night.
Property has a laundry which is free to use.
Parking was a bit tight the nights we were there. It’s not allocated so people park anywhere.

Very convenient location, close to CBD, art gallery, museum, restaurants and parks. Our unit was clean and modern, kitchen included a fridge and stovetop.

Very clean & tidy motel, rooms cleaned each day and clean towels if needed. The availability to the laundry was good with washers & dryers. Nice and close to the city centre, which was easy to walk and explore. Our room was a little noisy but that was to be expected as it backed onto a main road, but only a minor thing. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay there again when visiting New Plymouth.We are from Australia and visit often to see family.

Room was nice. Clean. Very central to CBD. Good parking. No complaints.
I arrived late for check in, and a friendly staff member rang me to arrange check in, and the room was ready when i got there.
Check in is listed until 8pm on Expedia, but reception closed at 7pm.
