Prefer this Mercure over Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre, this location is a bit further out, however, catching a Grab is relatively inexpensive and you can always use pubic transport. The room is much larger than the City Centre place, lots of hawker markets and local restaurants. Overall a good experience

Easy online check in but difficult physical check in due to AC issues on the entire 6th floor but thanks to the amazing staff especially Praveen, Scott and Bernard who made it easy by offering an alternative room and then again upgrading us to a better room after. I appreciate their efforts and would like to thank them for being so courteous and hospitable.
