The staffs are friendly and good. Specially Paula and Joel they were really helpful. But the resort has aged quite a lot .The TV was not working the Spa is out of service. Only one of the restaurants are working. There is no swimming past 6:30PM which is quite early to close the pool. Their breakfast is mid. Also I recommend not to go there on the off peak season there is no activity to do except for the same thing you will find outside of the resort.

I stayed there recently for 4 night and it was my second time there. We had a half board (breaktfast and dinner). The buffets were good but not great however the a la carte choices for lunch were great ( and I would highly recommend the Cobb Salad or the BLT!). The room was fine however the warm in the shower was warm but never close to hot. The staff were very good.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights in March, 2026. Our room was good however the room cleaning was in the afternoon rather than the morning. We had half board and the buffet food was good but not great. The a la carte food was very good. The water in the shower was warm but never hot which was disappointing. The beach area was very nice however often all the loungers were taken. The staff were very good.

Had stayed here previously and found it in need of repairs and restoration and it is happening. Much improved from my previous stay. Good food and variety.

The rooms were falling apart with paint peeling everywhere you look or touch. When we took a shower, it was an enormous smell of sulfur coming from the drain or water. The bed had bed bugs because my wife has small bites all over legs and arms even though we didn’t see a single mosquito there.

Nice room, though a bit of trouble getting towels. Friendly Staff, music by the pool was awesome and nightly dancing and music was fun.

This is not a 5* hotel, the new owners need to spend lots of money. The spa is closed apparently for refurbishment but doesn't look like opening soon , on hotels description says it's open , the second pool is also closed as is the other half of the hotel none of this is explained. explained expl
