We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was a very short distance from the Hakata Eki (train station) and subway access with lots of food and shopping options. The room itself was nice and clean. We got a triple room with a standard queen size bed and the sofa turned into a twin bed but there was still enough room to place a large open suitcase on the floor. The beds were comfortable. There were also self laundry facilities and vending machines on three of the floors. Complimentary coffee, tea and juices were offered from 3p to 5:30p daily at its restaurant around the corner from the lobby.

Extremely convenient hotel near the train station. Pretty much 100% foreign clientele, so no issues.

Walking distance from Hakata station, very convenient location, with shops, restaurants and Karaoke nearby. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff. Breakaways buffet and very good! Great value for the price! I’d book again!

This was a very convenient hotel. Located right across the train station. Lots of dining and shopping options. Hotel rooms were clean but carpet needs to be changed. Lots of stains. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so hopefully, it will be refreshed soon. Staff is very helpful.

Perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station. Be sure to use Exit 18, which leads directly beside the hotel and is especially convenient on rainy days.
The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. The staff were also very helpful.
The hotel supports an online luggage delivery system where guests can complete the form in advance and simply provide a QR code at the counter. The staff can then print the shipping label within minutes, making the process much faster and more convenient than the traditional handwritten forms.

Nice hotel and convenient location. Except do not like the idea the hotel citing ‘Eco- friendly’ / global environment friendly as an excuses, hotel room cleaning only done once every 2 days. Personally I think even for environment friendly reason, is important hotel room need to be vacummed on a daily basis. To maintain the environment cleanliness is also important to the environment.
