スタッフさんが温かい雰囲気の方で、お部屋・お風呂が綺麗でした。 潔癖症のため、お手洗いを使う際便器・床などに服を引きずらないよう工夫が必要でしたが、洗面台の汚れが少なかったので、その点に救われました。 お部屋の電灯が控えめで、とても落ち着くとともに、もしも可能であれば明るい白色の電灯を取り付けて頂けると、手元が見易くなるのではないかと思いました。 良い一晩をありがとうございました。

温かく丁寧に対応していただきました。お風呂などは最新設備ではなかったですが、それも味があり旅をした気持ちになれました。ありがとうございます。

The rooms were quaint and clean. Although the amenities aren’t flashy and there’s no free breakfast, the kind lady who runs pension was sweet, caring, and attended to our needs. I had a very good room at unbeatable price and I would stay here again a million times. Thank you Pension!

I will stay here again!

At check-in, I was not informed shower is only open from 6PM - 11PM and 6AM - 10AM. So, I woke up late next morning and took a shower at 11AM. The next day, I did the same at around 10AM. There was a cleaning lady and I asked if I can take a shower. Then, out of no where an older lady rush in and scream at me in my face and she check everything and shoo me away. The Host later explained to me that is her mother and the mother was angry because she has to clean up after my late shower the day before. I did not understand the policy since it was not explained to me. The mother did not apology. I was not happy with the customer service. The host, however, is very apologetic and agree to refund my 1 night stay because I cancel my reservation after the incident. There is also a curfew at 10PM the front door will lock so you need to be back in the building at 10PM
