The lady that assisted me was very helpful.
Hostel is clean.
Might need to have an extra bath math and air freshener in the toilet and or in the room.
Maybe a washing and laundry service can be an add on service.
There are cutleries, kettle, fridge and microwave available in the dining room to be used by the guests.
Other guests are friendly.
Wifi is available.
The digital key use is sustainable but you need to keep your phone with battery as when you drain your phone you may need a physical key card

Great location and great price if you need a bed for the night, shared dorms are small but beds were comfortable and clean.

Had a lovely stay at Llandudno Hostel for a couple of nights!! The location is fantastic, just a couple minutes walk to beaches, the pier, restaurants, grocery stores, and the railway station! I was fortunate enough to have the option to last minute upgrade my room to a private twin bunk room and with the hot weather it was a no brainer! The price was insane, even paying the upgrade fee it was still the cheapest space in the area (plus had an extra bed!!). The manager who helped me with the upgrade was wonderfully kind and made the whole experience nice and easy! Cannot recommend enough!

A great trip, taking in the snooker tournament. Straightforward booking and everything as expected. Great location and friendly hosts.

Lovely place , great location , stayed as we had a gig in venue Cymru 10 minute walk away. Spotlessly clean , staff were brilliant will be booking again

This is probably one of the best hostels that I’ve stayed in!
Location: perfect as it’s 2 mins walk away from the railway station, few mins walk away from Main Street, and 7 mins walk away from the Llandudno pier.
Environment: quiet and clean. Beds are nice and comfy with good quality blanket and pillow. Sinks available in the room with tea, coffee, and kettle. Bathrooms are one of the best ones I’ve seen— feels like I’m in a nice hotel. Very clean at all times. Nice lounge, fridge available.
Staff: very friendly and helpful. Top notch service.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Llandudno!
