Good location, proving one has a vehicle to access the city centre. Great for walking and nearby parkland (Queens Park) and Town Beach. The Cafe with dinner and breakfast options is a good budget option without leaving th property. Friendly cooperative staff and well organised. Our room was clean, tidy and well provided for with an new bathroom. To note that with ongoing progressive reno/upgrades to the property there are trades on site during the daytime.

The property suited my needs. Safe location, easy check in, comfortable room with a good bathroom. Renovations made the car park difficult to move around but noise was minimal.
