The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. Window latches were unreliable, and a number of ceiling lights were out or flickering. Smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the balcony ledge. Bathrooms were solid and washing machine was perfect for us. The service was great, and space overall worked well for our family, but given other options available I would opt for another accommodation for a future trip

Spacious and really comfy bed. Clean bathroom, had everything I needed. Appreciated the fans, was very hot! Loved the balcony!

We stayed here 1 night 5 of us, it was clean comfortable and excellent value for money. The guy on reception was lovely very chatty polite and had a sense of humour.
Only problem was communication there is no contact phone number to this property . Emails aren't answered. This is the only thing that let it down.
I would stay here again

There is no air conditioning so it feels dank and the windows don't open wide so you can't really get any airflow. Some of their ads say they have a/c but they do not. They will provide floor fans, but it's still stuffy and hot. Also we used the washer/dryer combo and our clothes smelled like weed afterward.
Could have been worse, but wouldn't stay here again.

Check in easy. Quiet area near to professional schools and businesses. Nice shops and cafes in the area. Second bedroom over looks disposal site. Felt safe. Comes well equipped for short stays with cutlery, glasses etc

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු The property has zero after hours support. The fire alarm in the property went off for 4+ hours. Inspite of me calling the emergency number multiple times, no one picked up the call. Then I called 999, when the fire department showed up. The alarm kept ringing for further two hours. The property hardly has any concern for customer safety.
Also, cleanliness of the rooms are next level. Stains all around and possible bed bugs, which were giving me rashes.
