丁寧な接客に好感が持てました。朝ごはんがお弁当で、連泊だったんだけど２日とも同じお弁当だったのがちょっと寂しかったです。お値段はリーズナブルで良心的でした。立地が、女性の独り歩きは少しこわい場所だったなと思いました。

リブマックスということもあり、綺麗でしたが、ルームウェアがくさすぎました笑笑おへその匂いみたいな独特な臭さでした。おかげで裸で寝ました。それ以外は満足です！

It was a bit off the main path. Staff was ok but non existent for the most part. Hotel kinda felt like it was closed.

I like the convenience and walkable distance between hotel and public transportation. However, the hotel may need to work on the details cleaning in room and have a look into the laundry room’s condition. Thank you.

It was the dirtiest hotel that we’ve stayed at in Japan. When we first arrived at our room, we found:
1) pubic hair in the bathtub
2) hair in the floor drainage area
3) hair around the bidet
4) brown stain on the toilet seat that I had to use a paper towel to chip off
5) dust on the foot of bed, table and window (I’m allergic to dust)
6) empty bottle at the bottom of the bed
We’ve stayed at many different 3 star hotels in Tokyo and Osaka during this trip. They all felt like 4 or 5 star hotels except for this one.
