තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

It was just no tea towel to dry dishes. No pots to boil veggies and coating on bath surface was dirty and starting to peel off. Air con noisy. But very quiet and close to where I wanted to go.

Nice accessible place to stay

Lovely, clean room as described. Comfortable bed. Ideal room for an overnight stopover. The gentleman that checked me in was polite & very professional

Average. Watch out for bugs, crawling bugs. Privacy and security not high on management agenda according to the 1/2 curtains-1/2 a blockout and 1/2 a sheer curtain not covering an unlockable non screened ground floor room window. Location excellent. Parking available if there's room. Parking shared with several buildings.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there; the 1st time was much better. Quite disappointed; we stayed for 2 nights and basically had no TV as it did not work. We were told on the 1st night they would have a look at it first thing in the morning when reception was open, but we had to contact them ourselves to remind them, as no one made the effort to come and look at it, only to be told on the phone that they had no replacement and there were no other rooms available to move us. So basically, spent a whole weekend with no TV. We also discovered on the 1st night that we only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper, which was ridiculous. So we made another call to them, requesting them to bring us more, which they did in their own good time (Lucky we didn't have the runs). We asked for a couple, but only got one. The coffee table and desk table tops were quite dirty. The freezer compartment in the bar fridge was broken and unusable, basically hanging by a wire thread. The kitchenette was useless as it was not equipped for use, no sponge, etc. And the minute you walked into the building, it had that musky wet smell! They didn't seem very apologetic, especially since they had no TV and couldn't even offer a discount/voucher for the inconvenience. I had to prompt/suggest some kind of compensation, but all they could offer was a late checkout. Seriously, why would anyone want to spend an extra 2 hours there? To look at the walls?? What a joke

Great value, room clean and tidy, check in process was super easy especially as after hours. Parking included which is an added bonus

Would be good if you could change the signage to read Melbourne Kew Central Apartment instead of the previous name.
