We stay here for a week and had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel in Hanoi. The location couldn’t be more central — just steps away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I would happily stay here again.

My initial room was at the LS Del Rey. The basement room had a funky smell, TV did not work and had a really odd bathroom. I told management that this was unacceptable for 5 nights. They moved me to their sister hotel The Majestically which was just around the corner. The bed was nice, staff week nice and the spa was good.

Excellent hotel, amazing location, great value for money and very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. A special mention to the door staff team who always went out of their way to make my wife and I fell welcome.
