Windows are poorly sealed so you can hear every motorcycle horn all night, mattress feels like you are sleeping on springs, and the A/C did not cool well. Aesthetically is a nice place unfortunately you cannot test these things through the photos so lost 1 night of reservation money as I could not sleep there another night. It truly is a shame that there are out more protections in place for reservations. You basically look at beautiful photos and book a week only to be disappointed and out of your hard earned money with 0 recourse. Sad

Its a good property in the centre of the city. Convience stores and coffee shops are near by. Swimming pool although on the top floor is big and clean. Over all a good property to stay in.

I had a great stay at T-Ritz Hotel and Apartment Saigon! Smooth check-in and check-out, clean amenities, good buffet and near everything. The room was comfortable, with AC, fully furnished. I would recommend!

Excellent hotel with a good location, it's a bit of a walk to the centre but good if you like a walk and take in the culture. Tampa and Luong on the front desk where great in helping with any questions and even upgraded my room we would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a wondeful staying at hotel. The staff took care of everthing, specially for mom with warm welcome. Thanks to all the staff, especially Ngan, Tuyen, Truong, Thao, Xoan et Tai Tom.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick & smooth. Pool area/rooftop nothing special. No services on rooftop (no bar/restaurant). Ok view of HCMC. Room was nice. Bathtub/shower could use a showerhead. Only had wall attached handheld spray. Poor bathtub design, water gets everywhere. Hotel/Apartment so unit had kitchen utilities (electric stove, dishes). Some snacks, coffee/tea, and water provided :) HUGE bed (larger than a std King!). Very comfortable. Did not opt for breakfast (relatively expensive). Lots of restaurants/coffee shops nearby. Good location.
