We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland. The room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. I also used the fitness center, which was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a great workout. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cleveland.

The pool had slime on the bottom of the pool the water wasn’t very clean or maintained. The hot tub smelled and was very off putting .. the grout by the pool was green and algae ridden..

I loved my visit until the morning of leaving. We're traveling from Alabama. We stayed there 3days, 2nights. Valet has to park your car. There is no parking, which is fine. They never sent me a link, as the lady at the front desk said to me so nasty. "Text the link they sent you, you'll get your car that way"! I never received a link and I SHOWED her. Now she wants to apologize, offer free breakfast (breakfast isn't included) and said it must have been some mistake. What ones? I have been here for days now with no problem getting my car and asking valet for it. They just went and got it off of the room number I gave and my name. Totally great to start but the ending makes me not want to go back. Its like I was looked down upon or something. Like I was lying about staying there. They wouldn't give me my car back. I had to describe my keys. Very stressful situation when you're trying to leave out at 6am in the morning 😠

The family room with bunk beds was perfect for our family. Very spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
