Absolutely amazing. Excellent location for us as we were celebrating a birthday in Birmingham. Would definitely recommend and book to stay again. Thanks.

Nice staff, room was ok but the curtains let in light. Bed was comfortable but one very thin pillow was provided for each of us so got a poor nights sleep.

Not worth it absolutely useless hotel. Save your money

The staff was friendly, the room was clean enough, and the location was great. The air con was decent when it would stay on. With that being said this place charges for a lot of "extras" that are generally included in your stay everywhere else I've ever been. There is a large hole in the door to the bathroom which negates all privacy. All of that could be looked over due to the okayish price and location but the bed. The bed in our room was absolutely terrible. It was like sleeping on a slab of stone. The springs were incredibly stiff and noisy, I was worried that they would stab me through the bed. Luckily we were only there for one night, another night on that awful bed would have been terrible. Also it should be mentioned I am not overweight or old. The bed is just that bad.

Tiny room. No table. No window, though I knew this in advance. Very claustrophobic.

Always stay her in Birmingham- really close to new st, great valley and immaculately clean

Amazingly close top the train station, super clean, super helpful staff. small room but exactly what I expected. Will definitely stay again

Great if you’re only there for a night or 2. Location is great, close to the train station and everything but the bed was a rock not comfortable at all and the rooms are not soundproofed in the slightest
