The room and property are Not look like how they present in website . Too small and noting convenience.

The place is clean. The shampoo/conditioner bottles are 1oz each. What a joke. Haha. We can hear the upstair guests going up and downstairs loud and clear. The leave blower guy started blowing at 7:50am right outside of the window for a while. I doubt the equipment they’re using is up to CA code, it’s super loud, you can’t use those type anymore. The street is really loud and the bedsheets were giving me allergies because my body was itching all night long. The property itself is nice though.

I really loved this 100-year-old hotel.

This property was perfect for us, and the staff was fantastic!

Limited parking. Clean Room. Nice Staff. No kitchen, bring your own food or eat at their local restaurants. I liked the hotel because of its location and price.

We like this place but we got off to a rocky start when check-in was rather slow. The amenities and the size of the room with a kitchen are excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to downtown to walk.

This place is very clean and convenient with comfortable bad. It's beautiful garden around units. The location is great too, only 1 mile driving to Carmel beach and 10 minutes driving to Monterey! The staff is very friendly and available.

A quiet lovely well maintained place to stay in Carmel. The only complaint is my phone network was always out of range around that area so i had to use the hotel WiFi. And also no AC, so when it gets hot during the day, it was hard to stay inside or take a nap, nighttime was cooler so it was ok.

When we checked in and tried entering our room our key card did not work so we had to have someone “reset” them. That night after coming back to the hotel from our festival, there were no available parking spots so we had to call the after hours number listen on the front office door, and they directed us to park in a random area of the property. The day of check out, it was 10:55 am, and checkout is by 11am. We tried to return our key cards and there was a notice on the front office door stating they were closed til 2pm, we had no choice but to call the after hours number again to see what they expected us to do, and they stated this was the after hours number, which we responded by saying that this was the only option for us to try and find someone to help us checkout since their lobby was closed til 2pm. We waited around for several minutes and nobody showed up so we just put our key cards in the mailbox besides the lobby door and left. I would never go back after this. Other than that, the property was clean and seemed like they took care of the outside because there was a lot of greenery they had been tending to by watering it all. Sucks that their service wasn’t good.
