When I arrived, I realized that I had my reservations started the next day. Chiaki Sato gracefully intervened and made it possible for me to stay that night. I chose the hotel for its pool (I'm a lap swimmer), and it was superb. The concierge staff, esp Rit, arranged taxis for me during my staff.

I booked a Nikko grand suite which was very spacious but when I entered the room it was 28C due to heat entering from the bathroom windows but the air conditioning took a while to cool down. Whilst both the bedroom and living room were spacious the closet was adequate and as usual there were insufficient clothes hangers. Unfortunately the hotel does not provide soap bars so if you dislike liquid soap you must bring your own. It is very close to Thong Lo Bts station so travelling around is a breeze. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a fine hotel. Excellent in all areas, especially the staff who are so helpful. A special mention to the hotel ambassador, Ms Botan, who is delightful. A true ambassador for the hotel.

The staff in this hotel are all excellent, from Ms Botan in the breakfast area to the concierges. They are all efficient without being obtrusive. The rooms are make up beautifully every day.
