The hotel has all the necessary amenities and a good breakfast buffet with hot foods. The location may be a little out of the way but it’s close to bus and subway lines

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු The hotel rooms are so small you cannot imagine. We couldn’t even fit our babies stroller in the room. It’s not like why was shown in pictures. They only have 1 presidential suite in the whole hotel from what they mentioned and that is what’s shown in pictures.

Room was very small but bed and bedding was quite comfortable.
Shower was good with decent products provided. But one wall in the bedroom was very grimy and stained.
The staff were not very friendly and did not make you feel like a valued guest; There were many signs and rules telling you what you mustn’t do! (And a poster promising you a gift if you gave a good review online!).
The hotel is located in a backstreet area, not sure I would feel comfortable walking there alone at night, on the plus side there was a nearby subway station.

I stayed in a women's dorm. I felt sorry for myself in my bed situation. It was hard for me to climb up and down just to get up to pee at night. Space is so cramped. No space for anything. 1 towel and not even a full regular towel. Too noisy, just awful.

Rooms are too small. Bathroom doors are almost seethrough. No deecent size towels are available, only hand towels.

First the photo that is in your profile, is nothing real, when you arrived you think that you are in the wrong place, there is nothing compared to the photo, I had paid from the 7th to the 20th, also in the add stated that it was the last room lie, and nonrefundable , since it last room got it, and then couple hours later they had a room and refundable.
I stay in there only 2 days lost all that money, I had to moved to a better hotel.
I will never again used your services, and before putting an add for a place check it out to be sure, that is real, the rooms to small in top, no room service or phone. For less that I paid in that hotel, I am staying in a better hotel. I am staying at Courtyard Marriott, so your recommendation was bad .

I have used this hotel many times. But returning after Covid things have changed. The staff are not friendly and not very helpful. The room was not cleaned well. Loads of hair on the bed. Stain marks on cushions. Breakfast is a joke. But to stop breakfast altogether. I could go on. It’s a shame as I always stayed at this hotel. 4 times in the past. Never again.
