Icon Park Hotel was a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location was excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and several attractions nearby. One of the best khao soi restaurants in the city was even within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy one of Chiang Mai's signature dish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, so they never felt cramped. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for the price. It was an excellent home base for exploring Chiang Mai, and I would definitely stay here again.

The shower head needs to be checked and serviced for functionality. Shower head does not work well and water flow is small. It defeats the purpose of having a rain shower head when it does not work, as water does not flow out.

The hotel has very nice and spacious rooms. Just be aware that if you are a light sleeper there is some noise from a bar at the front of the building at night. A room at the rear of the hotel is possibly a option for you

The hotel is generally okay considering its price relative to other hotels. I don't have major issues. The breakfast is not good in view of its price. One slight disadvantage of the hotel is its location. It is not close the two major activity areas (Maya center and the Chinatown). However, it is close to the Ram Hospital so it is fine for medical tourism.

The hotel is below average. The shower is dirty and disgusting. The towels are worn out. They did not do a good daily room cleaning. The breakfast buffet had a poor selection of food. The worst thing was bed bugs.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. They need new towels and bedding. Showers need to be cleaned and re-grouted because of mold. My room also had a horrible smell. I had to leave the patio door open when I leave because the air conditioner goes off and it would smell awful when I return.
