I don't even know where to begin, let's start from the beginning. The minute you get off the plane, waiting the van to escort you to the speed boat then after another van that escorts you to the resort itself without you having to carry your luggage already won me over with excellent customer service. Now for the resort itself, beautiful beyond words. The staff always greeted us everyday, the buffet breakfast which was every morning was absolutely delicious. The pools, room and drinks along with just the pleasant tropical heavenly aroma of the garden and pool design was a breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here, can't wait to check in again!

One of the nicest hotels in station 2. Only issue was booking. We booked what the pictures show to be ground level with balcony to the pool .. but somehow we ended up on 2nd floor . So be careful of what u book.

They need to check the room before they let me check out. They have my Amx card number as deposit. If there are things missing or charges for services. They can use my security deposit. The guard kinda refuse to let me out of the hotel lobby. Thus is the first time in my life, I had faced this situation. I am a Hilton and IGH diamond members.it

I was satisfied with my stay at Hennan Garden Resort and I might be a little bit longer next time 🙂 The only complaint I had was that I didn’t get any response from anyone. I was emailing them about my booking for confirmation, of course it’s our first time to go to Boracay and I was bit stressed out, but anyway it turned out great 👍
