Staffs are very helpful, we had a problem with our luggage transfer and they kept contacting the company until they are able to contact a person to locate our luggage.
They provide new towels, bathrobes and water bottles everyday. Free toiletries, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and crackers in the lobby.
Hotel room is clean but small space which is typical for most of Japan hotel rooms.
The hotel is just across the Ameyoko market. Lots of restaurants and shopping.
Just 3 minutes walk to Ueno station.

We stayed for one night between our flight in to Tokyo and our Shinkansen train ride north. The hotel was a short walk from the train station. The rooms are on the smaller size and the beds are the traditional firm mattresses. Two adults, two large suitcases, and travel bags were tight. It is on the size of a business size room in Japan and small luggage would be best. It was good for an overnight stay or just a place to crash. There are a ton of food options right across the street. The breakfast was a great blend of American and Japanese. Also, they have a free coffee machine so we were able to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and walk around until breakfast. We found Ueno park and just enjoyed the morning. I was also grateful the a/c could cool to 18°C because it was warm in Tokyo.

I give 2 star because of helpful staff and good breakfast. Otherwise lower score. The smallest room I have ever stayed in Japan, also very noise if open the window, room price is higher than other decent hotels in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya I have stayed.

We enjoyed a great stay in an excellent location. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. They have spare toiletries available as well as a decent coffee system that is available 24 hours. The small laundry facility is also very useful and we enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet that had both Japanese and Western food choices.
The rooms are small, very small, so that is something to consider if that is important to you. We couldn't really unpack but for our short stay this location is fantastic and worked very well for our needs.

Good location between gritty Ameyoco, Ueno park and one subway stop or 20 minute walk to Asakusa. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but mixes Japanese and western options. Nice rooftop terrace to get fresh air with view of Tokyo Skytree.

නියමයි Rooms are typical size for a Tokyo hotel. Staff was helpful they even tried to help me change a restaurant reservation. Dropped off luggage for airport transfer and that went smoothly. Loved the free coffee and Biscotti cookies!
