Thankyou to both Amanda and Bianca for your kindness and help . I faced an unexpected medical diagnosis and needed to extend my stay and collate my personal records . Both Amanda at Reception and Bianca Head of Housekeeping went above and beyond to help me and make my stay very comfortable and accommodated my last minute needs . Lovely ladies and good old fashion service and care. Thankyou

Room was clean. Service excellent. Loved the fact that it had a good third bed for my son. PArking was great. Just a bit noisy from the pub downstairs but that is understandable and it is not a complint.

Poor set up for Reception have to go to pub. Lots of walking. Stairs to room floor. Room clean & nice size.Manager courteous.
