I’m giving this hotel 3 stars. While the staff was good and friendly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is perfectly fine, but our room and furniture were covered with dog hair. I expected the room to be properly cleaned before our arrival, regardless of the pet-friendly policy.
Another downside is the location. The hotel is very close to a railway line, and the noise from passing trains can be quite disruptive, especially at night.
Overall, the staff was pleasant, but better cleaning standards and more transparency about the train noise would greatly improve the guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized and exactly as described, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We appreciated the attention to detail and would gladly stay here again.

This was an excellent bachelor suite on main level reserved for dog parents. Everything needed in kitchen. Bed comfortable and clean. Laundry w/d in unit. Didnt see a blow dryer, brought my own. Shampoo and conditioner pump in tub. The suite had great parking outside the door. Not impressed though 2x, I had ppl park in my stall and were unloading bc they didnt want to walk from their stall to their own suite. There needs to be strict reinforcement to not park in undesignated suite parking stalls or unloading in someone else's stall just bc ppl dont want to walk an extra 20 + feet. Perk... right next to the Rocky Mt Bagel which opens at 6am to 4pm. Better get there before the line fills up. Otherwise a good place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Basecamp Resort! The property was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The location was perfect, offering beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby attractions. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the resort. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home during our stay.
We would highly recommend Basecamp Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
