සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු The whole hotel needs serious TLC. We had moldy ceiling in the bathroom. Half the lights in the room were damaged/not-working, the window would not stay in place when opening only the top and caused rain to enter the room. The light was off in the reception/breakfast area outside the breakfast hours making it unusable. Not a problem, if rooms were more spacious, but with a tiny, crowded rooms it would so convenient if one could use the breakfast area 27/7 like in all other hotels.

Make sure you arrive while the check in office is opened. Otherwise, it may be a little challenging getting in to the hotel premises.

1.AC was not working
2. The room was hot as hell
3. The curtains had holes in it
4. The flush was not working
5. Nobody reached out for help
All the basic amenities were missing
